1. Wig Material and Styling: Our wig products are crafted from Kanekalon fiber, known for its thermostable properties. This material allows the wig to be styled using electronic hair tools at temperatures below 120°C. However, we recommend using temperatures between 70-90°C as excessively high heat can permanently damage the hair fibers.

2. Coloring Limitations: Our wigs are not suitable for dyeing due to the absence of hair cuticles which normally retain color. Additionally, the internal wig cap containing hair cream rinses cannot be washed.

3. Steps for Wearing the Wig: a. Gently comb the wig with a wide-tooth comb. b. Wear the wig cap. c. Position the wig and adjust the inner net buckle. d. Secure the wig in place.

4. Cleaning and Maintenance: To clean the wig, detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb. Wash with shampoo in cold or warm water, soaking for 1-3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Pat dry with a towel, gently shake to restore its style, and allow it to air dry naturally.

5. Dealing with Shedding and Tangles: All wigs may experience slight shedding and tangling, especially during initial wear, which is normal. Use a wide-tooth comb, starting from the ends and working towards the roots to prevent further tangling. For curly wigs, we recommend using your fingers to gently detangle.

6. Hairstyle and Color Variations: Each wig is hand-trimmed, which may result in slight variations in hairstyle across different batches. You can restyle the wig according to your preferences.
