Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120°C. The appropriate temperature range is typically around 70-90°C, as excessively high temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Unfortunately, our wig product cannot be dyed. This is because the hair lacks cuticles, which are necessary for the color to last, and the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

The wig wearing process is as follows: a) gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb, b) put on the wig cap, c) place the wig on your head and adjust the inner net buckle, and d) keep the wig in place.

To clean and care for the wig, follow these steps: detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb, add shampoo to cold or warm water, soak the wig for 1-3 minutes, rinse with water, dry with a towel, gently shake the wig to regain its style, and then allow it to air dry naturally.

All wigs will shed and tangle slightly, especially when worn for the first time, which is normal. Use a wide-tooth comb to gently remove any shedding hair, combing from the ends to the roots. This will help prevent further shedding and tangling. For curly wigs, it is recommended to use your fingers to comb the hair.

The hairstyle of each wig may vary slightly from batch to batch due to the handcrafted nature of the product. You can restyle the wig according to your preferences. Additionally, the color may appear slightly different depending on your personal computer or cell phone monitor settings, but we strive to accurately represent the colors on all our products.

Please note that the wig might be out of shape when you receive it due to extrusion during packaging or transport. However, this can be easily remedied by combing the wig or using an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will then resemble the picture.

The wig has an approximate length of 10 inches (25 cm), and the maximum circumference of the adjustable cap size is around 20-21 inches (51-53 cm), with a normal error margin of 1-2 cm.

The package includes a single wig, and it is 100% brand new and made of 100% Kanekalon fiber.
