The Kanekalon fiber used in our wig product is a thermostable material, allowing it to be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at temperatures below 120°C. The optimal temperature range for styling is typically around 70-90°C, as higher temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Unfortunately, our wig product cannot be dyed. This is due to the lack of hair cuticles, which would otherwise help the color to last for an extended period. Additionally, the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed, further limiting the ability to alter the wig's color.

To ensure proper wearing of the wig, follow these steps: a. Gently comb the wig with a wide-tooth comb. b. Put on the wig cap. c. Place the wig on your head and adjust the inner net buckle. d. Secure the wig in place.

For cleaning and care, follow these instructions: - Detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb. - Apply shampoo in cold or warm water and soak for 1-3 minutes. - Rinse with water and dry with a towel. - Gently shake the wig to restore its style, then allow it to air dry.

It is normal for all wigs to experience some shedding and tangling, especially when worn for the first time. To address this, use a wide-tooth comb and comb from the ends to the roots. This will help minimize the shedding and tangling.

Regarding hairstyle and color, please note that all wigs are trimmed by hand, so the hairstyle may vary slightly between different batches. You can restyle the wig to suit your preferences. Additionally, the color may appear slightly different depending on your personal computer or cell phone monitor settings. We strive to accurately represent the colors on all our products.

Please be aware that the wig may become out of shape due to packaging or transportation. However, this can be easily remedied by combing it or using an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will then appear as depicted in the picture.

The wig is approximately 32 inches/80 cm in length, and the maximum circumference of the adjustable cap size is around 21-22 inches/53-55 cm, with a normal error margin of 1-2 cm.
