The Kanekalon fiber used in our wig product is a thermostable material, allowing it to be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at temperatures below 120°C. The appropriate temperature range for styling is typically around 70-90°C, as higher temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Our wigs cannot be dyed, as they lack the hair cuticle necessary to retain the color for an extended period, and the hair cream rinse inside the wig cap cannot be washed out.

To wear the wig, follow these steps: a) gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb; b) put on the wig cap; c) place the wig on your head and adjust the inner net buckle; and d) secure the wig in place.

Cleaning and caring for the wig involves detangling the hair using a wide-tooth comb, washing it with shampoo in cold or warm water, soaking it for 1-3 minutes, rinsing it with water, drying it with a towel, gently shaking it to regain its style, and then allowing it to air dry naturally.

Shedding and tangling are common, especially when wearing the wig for the first time, but can be managed by using a wide-tooth comb to brush the hair from the ends to the roots. This will help prevent further shedding and tangling. For curly wigs, it is recommended to comb the hair using your fingers.

The hairstyle of the wig may vary slightly from batch to batch, as they are all hand-trimmed, so you can restyle it as needed. The color may also vary slightly depending on your personal computer or cell phone monitor settings, but we strive to accurately represent the colors on all our products.

Please note that the wig may be out of shape when you receive it due to packaging or transport. This is not a cause for concern, as you can simply comb it or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will return to its original appearance.

The wig is approximately 12 inches (30 cm) in length, and the maximum circumference of the adjustable cap is around 20-21 inches (51-53 cm), with a normal error of 1-2 cm. The package includes a single wig.
